An enforcement docket is ready on a daily basis from the week for all defendants who are already sentenced to serve time in jail commencing on a particular date. When the defendant fails to look with the jail on that date, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office notifies the Clerk's Place of work. The court file is then taken for the sentencing judge
